This thread is very confusing, is it a health care savings plan or health insurance?
I don't believe that it can be both.

CC08, I think she may have meant insurance "alternative" instead of insurance "option" -- but it was a nice catch and warning on your part, because like most states, MD probably has a law against marketing, promoting, or selling any type of insurance product without a license (so just using that word as part of an advertisement in this forum is risky unless you are a licensed agent).
