HOW DO YOU TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR HOME WHEN YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT? I cannot figure this one out. I know you can sell, but know one is buying. Anyone have any idea ?

Do you have equity in your house?
What it is your current rate? and do you only have one lien on your house?
Are you current with your mortgage payment?
Are you currently employed?

Hi what i am saying is to pull a home equity line of credit. But i have very poor credit. Is there a creative way to have access to my equity ? I only have a first mortgage. I have 50,000 in equity available. I would like to sell my home but there are no buyers at this time. It would take a long time.
