How to get overseas IT peojects (Application development and Maintanance) ?

I have a software development firm in india called Essence Software Solutions
Curently we are working some of the local clients and want to expand our services out of India.
We are in process of designing a medical billing software that willl be able to cater almost all the needs of US healthcare industry including EHR/EMR.
I was looking for a channel through which we can bid IT projects overseas irrespective of the technology.
We have experts in various technologies, to name some if them .NET, JAVA, PHP, Interwoven Technologies etc.
Please provide pointers to get a business from overseas clients

designing medical billing software that will be able to cater almost all the needs of US healthcare industry.

What are your advertising avenues? If you want to focus on the US as a market, do you have sales reps here in the states? Consider hiring independent consultants and post jobs for them on DICE.com. Your sales staff will have to have excellent communications skills

Since our's is a start up comany and still to make an Overseas presence. Once we are on with 1-2 projects we are surely planning to have a marketing staff out there in States.
