Thank you so much for your advice.
Do you know of any clientele contacts? I mean, some sites or marketing avenues that might provide client contact?
Thank you again,
Lydia

You are welcome, Lydia.

Here's one - right here.

Although I would not suggest it, here's what I would do THEORETICALLY:

I would work on my message first until it's crisp and clear: save you time on mundane tasks so you can focus on your core business competencies, or: keep your back covered while you are out there making $$ - something like that. List the tasks you can do in simple term you know ppl need done but hate doing.

I would then go through the profiles one by one and think WHAT I can offer specifically in each sitiation and email a personolized offer. it's the numbers game. Every profession / trade has an association or a group. I would join them one by one. As long as you are not competing with the core competencies of the members, you are offering VALUE added.

Although I appreciate all of your help, I am a bit confused on your response...
"Although I would not suggest it...but here is what I would do THEORETICALLY..."

Am I in the wrong Forum? Am I asking the wrong questions?
All I am asking is...does anyone have any suggestions on a starting point for client contact or is my current networking the best avenue?

I am sorry to have spurred so many questions, I am not here to try and take clients away from anyone, merely hoping for some guidance on what types of media and internet searches have proved fruitful for those that have already found success with their VA business.

Maybe I am completely misunderstanding...

I am not sure BofA and members would appreciate your cold calling them from the profile list. I don't want us to get busted. But that's the idea.

Thank you for the offer and link, unfortunately the link would not open anything (might be my computer).
Fortunately, one of my very best friends happens to have his own internet/website creation business and he has offered to create my website for me.
Thanks again for the offer and if I come into something I am unable to complete with my site...I will let you know!

Thanks for the update, and I wish you well in your venture.

Keep me posted as to how things are going with the business if you would like.

It would be nice to hear success stories.
