Yep! we have exp in Flash but nt in Adobe.

The need is to create flash components like .fla and then to .swf
mostly the flash will serve as a tool for the user to create or fonfigure. The flash component might need to interface with a mysql db or xml to behave differently based on the configuration.

Bottom line is that the user would configure the component, by changing the colors, themes and then save them and might be re-used again. Let me know your company's retainer fee structure for the Flash developer to my email at emailkat@gmail.com. Also let us know your past work with MM flash. The current engagement will be of 2 months to create these components.

The basic requirement are
1. creative ( please send urls of your work like website, portfolio. this is to get an idea of your design capability)
2. Fast delivery
3. meeting requirement in full, support for 30 days after testing.
