Don't be too much sensitive, you cannot please everybody.

I understand, sometime we can be frustrated or had a bad experience on one subject that others don't have on the same one.

For example the PC vs Mac was a hot topic. I had a bad experiences either with Mac employers (ees) or Print shop that did not want to hire a person like me with experience in Adobe programs and not Mac. The majority of Mac users dont want to hear about PC why? is this difficult to learn an Mac OS? it took me a few days to learn Windows....This is a non sense little war.
When I see people bashing PC users in graphic design that make me mad. There is room for both, not only one !

Now for your last repeat posts:

"How about starting out with a Brochure Web page?

You can be online as early as tomorrow!

http://www.intechspecial.com "

I can take it negatively, if you say this it could be different:

I can help you creating a free pages as early tomorrow, that's a less marketing way and I can see you want to help.

Please understand that we are all in business or most of us, and we are bombarded with all kind of scams.

As far as the foreign people, it is happen sometime we want to write something that will be understood a different way or have a different culture barrier.

If you think my comments or critics (which are a French culture to criticize everything), just contact me via email.

BTW I dont report people in forums, :-)

Once again I stand corrected.

I am not use to this type of communtiy, and I have a feeling if I can hang tough, it will be a great asset.

Thanks Nat.

Without a good critique, I have nothing to complain about.

Now what kind of day would that be?

Good or bad critiques are subjective, in our culture we always analyse things, it doesn't mean we always are right ;-)

I certainly hope so, with all this posting I have been doing.

It sure is a nice leader board they have on the home page, would you not agree?

I agree, people are very nice in this forum, but once again we cannot please every single one.

This is true Nat.

The only one we can please, is ourselves.

I just hope we do not discourage to many people that have caught the entrepreneur bug.

New business owners are fragile beings.

I agree.

I still think the tone of some of the responses is too personal. And even some of the more experienced folks seem to get upset if you don't agree with them.

In the forums, we have questions that are seeking an answer based in law or fact, and we have questions that are seeking a dialogue or discussion that's based on the experiences and opinions of a diverse group. People almost never get upset or personal in the threads where people are seeking and providing fact-based answers.

The problems arise in the "opinion" threads when someone states his or her opinion as though it was an absolute fact, suggests that someone else's experience is invalid, and implies that anyone who formed a different opinion must be a moron. Most of the time, the tone of these threads is respectable in the beginning -- "I had a different experience and formed a different opinion" -- and that type of open discussion is invaluable. The trouble usually starts when someone responds to a personal opinion with something like, "You don't know what you're talking about!" and goes on to explain why he is right and the other person is wrong. (Reminds me of a quote -- Mark Twain, perhaps: "People who think they know everything are really annoying to those of us who actually do.")

It's a community -- some people are good communicators, some are not (plus it's a fairly NEW community, so at least in my case, I'm still learning some of the skills required for networking in this environment).

No problem. I am doing the same.

I just wanted to put it out there. I'm speaking to myself as much as anyone else.
