Looking for serious investors in semi/multi residential construction projects in Europe. Investments from $250K. We have some projects going on already. Only serious inquiries please.

How long have you been doing this? Expected rate of return for investors?
Where exactly in Europe?

Information on the location of the projects:
Ukraine, in the vicinity of the capital city, Kiev. We have experience in marketing of the R.E. here in the U.S., construction as well. Have marketing team working for us in Kiev. There is good ROI from 25% and up depends on the project. Great demand for the products positioned to be produced.
