Need Second Lien Loan for purchase house

First lien I was approve for 187,500.00 now I need second loan for 187,500.00 to complete 375,000.00 purchase sale of the house. The house is brand new construct in douglasville in douglas county GA. Real value is 450,000.00 it's a 5 br and 4 baths and basement.

I was approve hard money 50% from 375k no income and no credit. Can I get the same for second lien interest rate don't matter. Am looking to pay back both loans with in 90 days.

Please explain " no income and no credit"
What guarantee do I have that you will pay back the loan with in 90 day.

actually I needed 250k for closing cost and other house expense. I have a development project that am part owner,consultant etc. So am getting fees from the project. it shall close in late February or early March. You could have a lien on the house and we have a contract agreement for the 250k or what ever amount we agree on.
