How to get a software development projects that is out sourced by the US/UK company(how to bid for a business).

I have small software development firm in india. presently we develop a software for local client . but i wanted to take projects from outside india.
so that my business will grow up. we have opened this firm recently and we have done a one pilot project for hospitals. and now 15 hospitals have installed our product and working fine. please suggest and advice me how to bid a projects that has out source to india.

And if you have any other idias to get a business from other company please do mention..

Can you provide a little more information about the specific application or function of your software product (what is does for the hospital), and the computing platform/OS on which it runs? Thanks.

As Lighthouse said, It would help if you told us more. How long have you been in business in India??
Sounds very exciting that one pilot project have been installed in 15 hospitals.
Tell us more about yourself and why this software is better than other companies.
What are your projections for the next 6 months??

Hi,
I am currently working in a s/w industry.I am also running this firm with my other partners.Now we want to expand our business & r striving hard to show our presence.
We also products developed for real estate & financial firms.we have shown our presence in some part where ppl are much aware of s/w industries.But now we are planning a new venture to start our business in considerably small towns (Wondering whether it is better to get the market survey first??).Along with this we are looking for the projects that are outsourced by other companies.
