Now we are looking for a US citizin partners to join us.

We have a US company and have EIN Tax number for our company and all our papers and documents are legal.

In addition we have several ideas but can't do any thing due to the reasons above.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply and interest.

Other issues are as follows:

  • Some bank ask for utility bill for our business office ( which we don't have, since we operate remotly via internet)
  • Some ask for signer ( or somthing like that)

  • Other small issues can be solved easly

if interested I can directed to the credit card processing company with whom we almost completed 90% of our efforts and job, if we come to an agreement and sign an NDA we could send you complete contact details, so you can push this forward to completed, and we aredone.!

Thanks

Even operating remotely, you would have a physical location (home or business).
Are you not operating out of the United States at all?

Of course you would have to have a signer on the account.
Why are you having issues being a signer?

CCO8, we are not resident of US, we operate our business from Middle East, China and India and this is the reason we are looking for american or US residence partner. If you read first post carefully you will know the issue.

if I can be a account signer then I wouldn't have these issues at all.

Thanks anyway

It's not that it's not being read, I'm not understanding...
Why are you establishing the accounts in the US?

What did you use as an address when you registered the company and got an EIN?

we use registered agent address, for our official letters only, also they ask too much to have a full virtual office eventhough; for banking matters they are not ready to act onbehalf of us ........... etc.

Our demand is simple.

American citizen partner to take care of issues in US.

That's it.

To have such a business need to be regulated in many countries.

Our business now is micro payments no need to be regulated and go through a complecated procedures and follow the governments rules. in addition the ACH deposit only available in US and EU

Other thing, to have CC processor in our countries you must count to pay 7 - 12% as processing fees plus extra fees.

If I continu to talk about the reasons and why we establish our business here in the US I will need days to write just headlines.

Rgds

In the Runa Simi language, ARAPAY means "to confuse or complicate." Granted, only about 11 million people speak it (and Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Bolivia are not exactly leaders in eCommerce) -- but the name still has "Nova award" potential as a brand identity in South America.
