This year we plan on increasing our gross sales by 250%. The first half of 2007 and previous to that, we were home based but we moved into a retail location and business has taken off. So I don't think that is too ambitious of a goal.
We plan on taking a good look at how we "run" the business and seeing if we can make it more efficient.
We also want to cut expenses, which I think is an overlooked area when it comes to increasing profits.
Those are just 3 of the areas we will be working on in the year to come.
Might even come up with a business and marketing plan!!!
