There are literally thousands of providers that would love a chance to take you up on your offer. I, on the other hand am not one of them. I believe the best way is to learn to walk before running. Even when not aggressively advertising we maintain a presence with the search engines at a $1 a day limit to keep exposure and branding with our keywords.

I would recommend using Accupros (www.accupros.com). I use them for my SEO, Linking, and Pay Per Click Management. They are pretty reasonable and do good work. I shopped around when I was looking and they were def competitive on the cost and I trust them. I keep on seeing my conversions go up, and see my site ranking for words which it never used to rank for.
