Customer Won't Pay For Services Performed!

I apologize if the title of this post doesn't come close to descriving the problem I'm having with one of my customers. Hopefull you will understand what I'm trying to ask once you have finished reading it.

I have a cleaning company and we perform services to this complex of apartments where do all of their move-in/out cleaning. Every week, on Fridays, we take the Invoice to their office stating all the charges for that week. That's is how we have been doing business for more than 3 months. However, we had a Invoice for $1125 which included extra fees for extra work required on some of the apartments cleaned.

After 3 and half weeks, they now say they won't pay for the extra work and the Invoice amount to be paid is in fact much lower. We don't have a contract signed between us, but we did presented a our business proposal and a list outlining our prices where it stated that if we found an apartment which needed extra work, we would let them know and a additional amount would be charged.

Now my question is can they do that without telling us on the moment which they took the Invoice from us? Can they legally do that or can I sue them for the difference and make sure I get all the money?
We are in great need of legal advice on this matter, we are a small company but we want to be treated fair and with the respect we deserve by bigger companies, like the one I'm having this problem with.

Thank you for your time and I hope you can answer me this question.

vendor purchased now new vendor won't sell to me

We had our main vendor/supplier file bankruptcy and get purchased by a competitor. Now the new company won't sell to us because our competitor store across town asked them not to. Do we have any recourse? Our credit line has been shut down, and now they are billing us for what we owed our original vendor before they shut them down. Do we still owe on our account when they won't even sell to us? Can we argue that the credit contract is null and void since it is contingent upon us being able to replenish our stock? Help!

SC Tenet Leaves W/No Notice, How Much Due?

I had a rental agreement with a lady to rent a room in my office until March 31,2010, when my lease expires. However, I did include a clause so that if she just wasn't making it, she could give me 30 days notice and get out of the contract. She gave me no notice, she was there on a Saturday and Monday, she and all her things were gone. She was already $500 behind in her rent. I am going to talk with an attny but I am just wondering if it will be worth it. Will she owe the $500 + 1 month rent? Or $500+ rent to March 31? I am a very small business myself so I don't want to have a lot of additional expense if she is not going to be due much. And yes I know, a judgement in my doesn't mean I will get any money, but with this lady it might get me some.

HELP...is this legal???
I am a partner in a small business with one other person. We opened a bank checking account (registered as a LLC) about a year ago, the account has only two signers as we are both 50% owner in the business. The business has the misfortune of falling victim to today's economy, and I must take my losses and move in another direction. After speaking with my partner, we decided to meet and decide which course of action needed to be taken. To my utter surprise; my partner went to our bank and removed my name from our accounts and I am not able to obtain ANY info on said account. IS this legal? It would seem to me that the account would have to be closed and the partnership dissolved. I am 50% owner in this business how can one person remove the other when we have both signed the resolution? Do I have any recourse with this bank, doesn't the Federal Reserve bank have some sort of governing regulations pertaining to this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you...
