I'm not at liberty to email you our business plan without having you first sign a confidentiality agreement. Can you provide me with a fax number where I can fax the document? Sorry about this but I work with a team and they will not consent to releasing the business plan without a signed confidentiality agreement.

The actual number is $430K and we came up with it based on a very detailed business plan. With this investment and our (very conservative) projections for product sales we are forcasting a 40% ROI for our investors. If you are interested please let me know at your earliest convenience.

Need Capital for Real Estate Related Product

My company has developed a unique real estate related product. We have already sold it to the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. We have a very sound business plan and have interest from a new concept in cable television to provide content related to our product. We now need capital to expand the business while the product is hot. If anyone knows someone at the SBA or a direct lender please respond. We need $385K.
