Also, I do own some land that I paid 170K free and clear but may only be worth 130K in this market environment and a timeshare I paid 15K for but may be worth less than 10K free and clear. My credit score may be around 700. I am not sure if those items can be placed as collateral on a loan.

ive sent it, please read and tell me what you think,if you like it, and would want to help me find investors,or invest i will send you a detailed business plan. i know my company will make millions, it has been the fastest growing spots in the last 10 years i have done the math and i am sure to make 250,000 in the first month and a half. if anyone wants to invest this is a win win situation.
