Hi, I'am currently looking for funding for my dream restaurant I have worked in many great restaurants and now want to make a name for myself I have won many awards but I am the great chef behind the seens where someone else always get the credit. I have purchased a historic home and have rezoned it C2 to make it a great restaurant , I'm currently looking for funding to do the final build out but I would like to find an investor for a loan and not an investor in the restaurant I need a angel to bless me with the capital and I will bless them back with a 10% loan with in 5 years....its a win win for me and my angel.....and I will be successful ......please if there is anyone out there I am waiting to here from you... and yes I have business plans and I'am working with the city right now for buliding plans...
