My partnership opened a new and immediately successful restaurant/brewpub in March '08 in the booming Western North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains. We've been full every night, the place is running smooth, is quite profitable and people are asking for additional locations constantly. We have several potential locations in surrounding towns under consideration. Our unique concept may one day be franchised around the eastern US.
