Currently GPS Sports has 5 employees, CEO, CFO, Software Engineer, Programmer, Application Specialist, and a Consultant. The business has sustained it's self via owner funding. We have been in business a little over a year, however, we have been working on the concepts and IP aspects of the business for about two years. We have deveolped a business and marketing plan and would be happy to share it with you. If you can sign a confidential agreement, I could overnight it to you. We require a confidentiality agreement because most of your products still have a patient pending status. We are asking for a 36 - 48 month turn-around (complete pay-off with interest).
