no, I'm not in China yet but would like to start a business venture there. Ideal locations would be guangzhou & beijing/shanghai.

Are you located in China right now, or trying to start operations in China? I've known a few people that have tried to expand their operations in China and they were faced with lots of regulations, etc. as its very competitive to get into China.

First you need a location

Then you need a plan

Followed by funds

and a construction crew.

possibly starting this september or october, I dont have a location yet, but can be in Beijing or Guangzhou. I will be doing construction & revnovation. any suggestions?

Would like to start a construction & renovation business in China. What should I do or know to start? Where can I find info about it? Would like to start in Beijing or Guang Zhou.
