Storefronts?
Is anyone out there using a Qwest Storefront? If so is it working? The storefront is basically a Google searchengine optimisor. Have people had good luck with search engine optimization? If so how much should one expect to pay for this? I'm in healthcare and I'm trying to find out if this works for what I do?
