I would be more than happy to help you with your request. A cash advance has its place and some advantages for sure. I offer cash advances for my clients that have less then a 599 credit score. In reading your post I can understand your concerns. I would also like to add, there are many various possibilities to assist you in acheiving your goal. We are also commercial lenders and have many programs such as SBA loans , conventional commercial, construction, cash advance as well as equipment leasing
A cash advance could be a good option or maybe conventional Lending may be a better alternative. It just depends on several factors such as Loan amount, Loan to value, credit rating and how quick you need the capital.
