I would be more than happy to help you with your request. A cash advance has its place and some advantages for sure. I offer cash advances for my clients that have less then a 599 credit score. If one of my clients has a score over 599 I offer a Fast Cash Business Loan. It is a real loan with fixed payments. It is about 1/3 of the cost of the cash advance. You still need to accept credit cards but only so the lender can confirm your cash flow. I have helped three companies this week with this type of loan. One for $17K, one for $75K and one for $100K.

Take a look at our website at http://www.spotlightfinancial.biz. Click on the funding programs and you will see a link for the fast cash business loan. If you think you might qualify I would be happy to discuss the process with you.

Thank you,

In reading your post I can understand your concerns. I would also like to add, there are many various possibilities to assist you in acheiving your goal. We are also commercial lenders and have many programs such as SBA loans , conventional commercial, construction, cash advance as well as equipment leasing
A cash advance could be a good option or maybe conventional Lending may be a better alternative. It just depends on several factors such as Loan amount, Loan to value, credit rating and how quick you need the capital.
It is good that you are using the experience of this forum to ask questions as we know the majority of these members are reputable and knowledgeable.
