Looking for Investor for cafe and catering business start

You are in Edmonds,
Washington. and the owner of a small Catering company.
Are you looking for investors in your location??

OR are you looking to find more potential for other storefront cafes??

You also say that you have a very detailed Business.
Is that a Business Plan??

Thanks for clarifying, LUCKIEST
