BFirst1963:

Are you outsourcing the manufacturing of this product or doing it internally? If outsourcing the manufacturing of the product, is it done domestically or internationally? Furthermore, how long will it take to manufacture one unit and/or 60K units? Also, is your product patent protected? In regards to your statement about having a commitment order for over 60K units, is there a firm binding contract for the commitment order? If there is a contract in place, can your customer cancels their purchase order anytime?

Best Regards,
Have a program for start up and small businesses that can a) either work directly with your bank to get you funded or b) establish business credit withn 30 days to qualify for an unsecrued line of credit - expensive option , but is best if you dont have good credit or a banking relationship

Email me at ajones@abcsolutions.cjb.net with your executive summary and I can get you a proposal.

Have you considered acquiring a business line of credit? The reason I ask is that if you have a FICO score of 700+ we can usually get you funding within 1 - 3 weeks. Our loans range from $25k - $1M.

Please reply to this post for further details & we can discuss outside of this forum.

$150,000 investor needed for 1 yr, with return of $250,000

I am looking for an investor of $150,000, investment return of $250,000 in 1 year
I own a manufacturing company that manufactures marine and automotive products, I have a product that i need to manufacture immediatly, i already have a commitment for over 60,000 units 1st order, which would value over $550,000
but i have to manufacture the product first,
this $150,000 investment would be for the period of 1 yr, and would return $250,000 in 1 year or less, thats a profit gain of $100,000 in 1 yr.
i would collateral it with 51% of my company, and full ownership rights(for collateral purposes only) of 3 products, 2 which are already in the market and doing well. 1 product has a market value of over $1,5000,000
the other one has a market value of over $500,000, and the third product should have a value of over $1,000,000
the agreement would be that $150,000 would be invested for the period of 1 yr, with a return of $250,000 within the 1 yr, with stated above collateral, once total investment is paid in full, full ownership rights of collateral are returned back to my company
this agreement would have to be a attorney drawn contract, but must remain silent as possible, as not to alarm any of my current dealers of any investor needed situation, the only reason we are needing the investment funds, is to get this product out immediatly, and capitolize on a commitment of pre-order that we already have . you can call me directly to discuss this in a more private situation (404) 358 5006 thank you
