2 Business, Or 1.
Anybody going into business should have an Accountant and a Lawyer.
Ask the Professionals.
In business you have to spend money to make money and sleep peacefully at night.
Good luck, LUCKIEST
I am starting 2 business at the moment. 1 is a Plumbing Construction Business, The other is a Auto Dealer Business ( small business, under 25 cars a year ). Just about 2 weeks ago I filed with LegalZoom.Com for S-Corp with the Plumbing Business. My Question is, should I open the Auto Dealer business by itself and create another corporation, or should I just file a DBA and use my S-Corp to run both. Also one of the reason I wanted to do them under on business is that both a Contractor License and an Auto Dealer License both require a $10,000 Bond, Can My Dealer Business use the same bond if its under the same company ? Anyone have any experience with this situation, any advice would be helpful. Thank You
