Thanks for your reply to our posting. The information requested can be found in the investment packets for the projects. I think the purpose of my posting was just to see if there was any interest in being apart of this field.

The first project is an adaptation to a very famous book written over a hundred years ago. The book has a huge following and has been published several times. The money being sought is the development funds which will be used to organize and complete the main tasks that will prepare for the preproduction of the film. The amount needed for development is: $30,000.00

The second project is a documentary with strong ties and connections to very large names in the art, music and the film world. It's a biography about an extraordinary man whose story has never been properly told. With this project we are also looking for development money to bring the project into preproduction. The amount needed for development is: $40,000.00

The money for development usually comes from the company producing the film or an outside limited partner with interest in the project. The limited partner investing this development money would have a contract for an immediate return on his investment upon the raising of the budget of the film. This person would also earn points on their investment in the project at the beginning stages of the financing. This would allow them to get a larger return on a smaller investment. Because of the liability to the writers and people involved with the projects I cannot post the actual creative aspects for these films. Although, would like to encourage anyone with any interest of investing in a film to contact us. We have been around since 2001 and have had many successes with past work and feel very good about both of these projects. Our website has several of our films we have completed as well as the details about our company. Both of these films have investor packets outlining the specifics of each project including a projected schedule to be shot in this calendar year.
