Try to contact other investors to see if they are interested in partnering with you. You can try this online application Capital Express at www.mycapital.com that allows you to send a message to thousands of investors within a couple of minutes.

To write a business plan, go to www.score.org and you can find some business plan templates. If you have trouble write up a 30-page or 10-page business plan, just try to write a two-page executive summary first. In your executive summary, descriibe your company name, business industry, the industry outlook, a short financial projection, and contact person email/phone. It can be just what you wrote here. The executive summary needs to be interesting enough to attract investors, but without revealing too much confidential information. If you want a very formal business plan, try a business school student. A small investment banking firm might charge $10,000 for a business plan. A b-school student should be able to do it just ok and charge substantially less. Hope this helps!

Yes of course I am serious about this. I was thinking of either purchasing it with clients already available, or getting the loan and build my own building and then get the clients myself.

I am in the market to purchase a business that is currently running at full capacity, the business is a home that generates income and provides services out of the home. The business is selling for $2.8 million and I was wondering, since I have never borrowed so much money before, how would I go about aquiring this loan? I read that a business plan is needed, but I have no idea how to write one. What information do I need first before attempting to write one, do I need any information from the current owner? And after I have my business plan in order, where do I go to present it so that I may aquire this loan (just banks?)

Thanks Guys!
