Updating my Business plan now. My consultant/accountant will be finished the end of next week. I will have all the expenses laid out.
My background is sales/apparel and also sourcing manufacturers for Footlocker stores and etc. I can send my resume along with my BP if we move forward...i promise I have tons of experience from production to marketing.
Can you give me some information about yourself?

Maggie, do you have a Business Plan?? Have you acquired a LOCATION?? a LEASE??
What is your background, like education and work experiences? Do you have an Accountant??
First year sales are projected at $900,000 O K What are first year expenses?? How large a payroll??

I plan to open the first store in downtown Charleston, SC this summer and the second within 3 to 4 months (possible Atlanta or Charlotte).
As far as how soon a return, within 6 months there will be a profit. Remember, I will also have a huge online presence/orders going on as well.
First year sales are projected at $900,000.00. In 2006 intimate apparel sales were 11 billion in the US alone.
My markup is on a average 6 times the COG. Factories are in Brazil, Colombia, Honduras and Bangkok
