REO Departments for all the banks seem to be very difficult to get in touch with, probably for good reason. I however have been trying to get through to many of them to "apply" to represent their REO properties. In calling the banks, it seems nobody can direct me where to go and in most cases I need to explain what REO is. Any idea on how to get through? Thanks

Loss mit negotiators are not at the REO department of any bank. To speak with any loss mit negotiator you'll need a specific case/loan number/distressed borrower info and their authorization to receive info on their case/loan - I doubt any loss mit will speak with you to tell you how to go about investing in RE. they would not know what to tell you plus acees to them is restricted and right now as you know they are literally swamped with foreclosures, short sale offers, etc. You can try contacting the Loss Mit department of BofA directly - contact info for loss mit of ALL lenders) can be found at: http://www.workitout.com/mod/glossary/view.php?id=98

I did but Perhaps I didnt look properly I need to speak to an actual loss mitigator will i find that on the site?

i need to find a loss mitigator in the BOA bank owned/reo department so i can approach him about investing in real estate. can anyone tell me who/where/how i get hold of these people?
