Yes, 3 -first with no money, #2 young man with a part time print business of his own-wants to buy, supposed to be getting family money in a week. we'll see?-third also owns a hauling business of his own and we hope to get together next week. I'm in no hurry to sell the I have a very good & personal relationship with all my customers, & have been in town over 25 Years. So, I will only sell to the right buyer at a right, fair price. I've had many offers to open or manage other business's while I'm deciding what to do.

It is not that we are surprised by the sale, we were surprised that if it was so profitable why you wanted out.
Now that we have more of a reason behind it, it makes sense for you to be selling the business.
Have you received any inquiries about this business sale yet?

The business will sell fairly quickly, I'm sure. Its amazing how many people are surprised that someone would actually buy a business with intent to sell in such a quick time period. but, it is now clean, computerized, turnkey & profitable. And served my purposes.

Actually, Reason for sale is 2 fold, 1) I bought the biz as an investment to build and sell in 3-5 years, much better return than the market at this time. 2) my wife has been ill for about 3 years now and after thousands of $$ and testing they still call cant decide whaats wrong(cronique fatique or imune deficencie or something), so we've decided to take our equity in the biz, and then when the housing market goes up again in the next Year or 2 sell the home , move to the small town of Fernley.Which is only 30 miles east of Reno and open a small biz to semi retire and reduce stress.

Why did you buy the business 3yrs ago and now want to sell it off?
Is there something wrong with the business?

Interesting Post, I live in New York and do not plan on moving to Reno, But we can help you sell your business.
My first thought is that you bought the business 3 years ago. Did everything go smoothly. If so, why reinvent the wheel.
Whatever you did in buying the business, turn it around and use it to sell the business.
Do you have an Accountant?? A Lawyer??
You can get all kinds of agreements and forms on due diligence and confidentiality agreements on Google.
