I had refinance the house to 600k back then. so if you get the first lien down to 390k which i had the bank agree too and the second lien down to 10k. re-sale it for 475k and you still have 3000.00 coming in. and plus 950.00 with the basement apt. it will pay for it self. you made your 10k back that you gave me and an extra 30 to 50k.
