      <description>Of course they use it for underwriting, it is coming from a bank, it is NOT hard money but these debts will not affect personal credit rating.</description>

      <description>True, they are rare and I agree with you on that.&lt;br /&gt;
The only thing that is still important to realize which you stated is that the personal credit history is still reviewed during underwriting.&lt;br /&gt;

      <description>That is where your wrong. There are lenders (rare but out there) that do not require personal guarantee on the loan/line. Businesses that have been in business for 2+ years with business owners showing good credit history (however the line or loan will not show on personal credit report, but used for evaluating credit worthiness) could get lines of credits/ loans without personal guarantee. &lt;br /&gt;

      <description>I hate to contradict LUCKIEST, but business loans/lines have a "personal guarantee" no matter if you use your companies EIN or not.&lt;br /&gt;
