First you need the resources to offer wealth management as an independant advisor vs under the umbrella of a larger firm, check out fusionadvisor.com

We are talking about an unsecured long term investment. Time range to break even: minimum 1 year, maximum 3 years. After break even good rate of return. We are very cost conscious. Our target is to have 500 Million USD under management 3 years after break even. The potential silent investor will get an entry and an exit strategy worked out in his contract with us.

Dear Sir
Yes, I am one of the two principals of the company. We are brothers and complement each other. We are not managing client funds yet. I was not allowed to go after my former clients because of the clauses of my contract with the private bank in Switzerland I have been working for a s a vice president. Now enough time has elapsed. I am taking care of the client relation side. My brother was the controller of a department in one of the frst law firms of Switzerland. His department was doing the accounting of around 250 offshore companies. My brother will take care of the administration, the back office and the relationship with our deposit bank. We do not accept high risk clients. We are the ones screening them. There is no way we could bring a high risk client to our bank, which is one of the largest banks in Switzerland. This bank will be screening the clients a second time. No, we don't have a written business or marketing plan. We do expect from our investor to be having in depth knowledge about wealth management and the mechanisms involved generating income. We don't want one of our potential clients to be an investor with us. We are not targeting the market in Switzerland. Our main focus is the market of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is very attractive for wealth management especially for people like us who have got a 30 years experience dealing with the Kingdom and with Arabs in general. We are using a gmail account to begin with. Once we do have around 50 Million Dollars under management the operation starts making profit. All depends how fast I get my potential clients to open accounts. My potential clients are high net worth individuals. My target is to get accounts as from one million Dollars and up.

Corpcons has all the questions that I would ask (without being rude) including business plans.
You anticipate US $500,000.00 will be spent before the break even point is reached.
Over what period of time?? Is this an investment or a loan??
Will there be security?? Please tell us more.

Not to sound rude, but I think much more information is needed before any of us on this board would make a referral of that nature. You are asking for half a million dollars or more to set up overseas wealth management company. What kind of assets does your business have already? What kind of clientel are you managing? What kind of protection do you provide against high risk individuals investing in your company? Have you prepared a business plan and marketing plan for this new venture? What is the market like in Switzerland and Saudi Arabia? A company asking for so much money, how come you use a gmail account? Are you one of the principles of this company? Your website only talks of the banking segment, and very little at that. What are you doing with clients funds currently?

There is much more you need to answer before we can be making referrals of this nature, and I believe everyone will agree here.
