      <description>Is this a business venture?  If this is for an investment, then the property should stand up to scrutiny beyond your personal credit score.  To get a loan on a commercial retail property, a reputable lender will be looking at the vacancy rate and the current tenants' lease terms and their credit worthiness, not yours.  If you are leasing the space yourself, then your business needs to be able to withstand the credit check. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If the property won't stand up as credit worthy, you should walk away from it.</description>
