      <description>My suggestion is to talk with your states sales tax division.  I'm sure they can help you out with your state.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My experience shows that you must collect tax for orders that come from the state in which you have a physical presence.  Any out of state customers are responsible for paying the sales tax on thier own.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Best idea is to talk with your accountant, this is what you are paying them for.&lt;br /&gt;
