Remember, when your make your blog, that you still need to aggressively market that site as well otherwise you will not get any traffic to it and it will be in the same condition as your regular site. I suggest making a plan with a budget. When you sit down and actually budget something for 6 months it really helps cement the thought pattern. I have found that if I outsource this SEO plan, it allows me to focus on other things and manage my team.
