I personally use fatcow.com hosting, though inmotion hosting is a close second in my opinion. They're both reliable and the one time I needed actual help from fatcow I had it within the same day and they check back later to make sure I had it figured out too.

I use 1and1.com. They have various hosting packages at a reasonable price. It really just depends on what type of features you require.
