ok,
I have 2 ideas that might help you.
1. Start a non profit SCUBA Diving center for at risk teens and make it nationwide acceptable.
2. Get with the off road dirtbike manufacturers in China and have a campground type setting with the availability to rent out certain off road vehicles. Give the customers the opportunity to purchase new dirtbikes or the rented ones.

Unfortunately ten acres is not nearly enough property for a viable flea market like Traders Village. Once you have set aside space for vendors, food and restroom facilities, and an office, you still need space for parking: staff, vendors and shoppers. Even with port-a-lets and portable structures for food/drink and management, the investment is astounding. The Traders Village in Grand Prairie sits on several hundred acres. The one in Houston sits on 105 acres. The new Traders Village coming to San Antonio in 2010 is to be built on 290 acres.

The Texas Renaissance Festival uses a portion of its property for raising berries and other edibles to be harvested by "shoppers" in the springtime. You visit the property and pay by the pound for what you pick on your own.

I just read the paint ball idea my boyfriend worked at a paintball field for a while and he can tell you a lot about guns and types of layouts and bunkers etc. He would be more then happy to give you information on managing that!

Hello! I know haunted houses and hay rides are extremely big hit with any body!!!! Not only is fun to do but also makes lots of money! You could host Civil War reenactments many farms around here in Maryland tend to do that. You can rent space for flea/ farmers markets. I don't know if you are interested in farming but that can bring in some money with festivals.
