I have a pvt. ltd. software company. Running successfully from last year, prior to that I was working as a free lancer. These days I am not getting any projects. Do you know any mediators or any other source who can bring projects?

Hi psk, You could try sologig.com. But most sites are geared to staffing-mentalities. Staffing companies only furnish bodies. It is difficult to be a professional when neither the staffing company nor the client company furnish the right technical and project management tools to run the project. Even when you own the tools, you can't get them on the client's network to do the job because you are not really an independent contractor responsible for an end result with interim milestones, you are a defacto employee, if you will. Let me know if we can partner somehow.

I have a small software company. From where can I grab new projects for my company?
