      <description>You are going about the EIN number the wrong way. It does not matter that you are not making income yet.  You need to get a SS-4 form from internal revenue you can get it on line  You need a social security number and when you fill out the form they will give you the Employer's Identification number that your bank needs.       <description>Hello,&lt;br /&gt;
I've formed LLC company at Delaware, bank requires me to have ITIN number cause I am going to open account by phone.&lt;br /&gt;
Could you advice me in reason selection for the form W-7, cause exceptions seem to be the only way, cause I have no income to file yet.&lt;br /&gt;
It seems to be Exception 1 but I am not sure which one and I am not very sure about Exception 1 itself to apply to me.&lt;br /&gt;
I am just going to open business account and only after that I'll have income to file.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
