I can help with the Marketing/Research part. If you have a business plan written up already, I can take a look and do some fine tuning, and some research, you will have to tell me what you need though. Email me at dityson@comcast.net if you want to discuss further.

Thanks for your input....

I do understand that with a tight budget, I must cut costs where necessary. I do have a business plan but to me it is not very good and I would much rather have an experienced professional to further assist me in making it the best to suit my business needs. I know there are people who can help me "pick up the slack" for small amounts of money. I am fully aware that it is up to me to decide that an additional cost for administrative services is more beneficial or not. If it is too costly I always find another route.

You're really talking about four distinct and different skill sets there. My thought is that the output from the first one (your Business/Marketing Plan) will define what you need (and can afford) relative to the other three -- so I'd recommend that you begin there.

If you bring in people to assist with Website Management, Public Relations, or Accounting before you have a solid business and marketing plan in place, you'll have "the tail wagging the dog" so to speak. With a tight budget, you can't afford to spend money on services you don't need, nor can you afford to do something relative to your website, PR, or financial management that ultimately costs you money in terms of lost sales, higher taxes, etc. So you'll want to know exactly what you need, why you need it, when you want it by, and what it's worth to you -- before you hire it out. A good business plan should tell you all that.

Hope that helps. Good luck.
My rates start at $15 per hour for administrative assistant services. I haven't posted any information on my website because the majority of my client base comes from referrals.
