Who is Luckiest? I really don't follow any of these boards and usually don't post on public forums but since my firm is a customer of BofA, I thought it would be OK to do so in such a forum. I only repsond to emails that come through to my direct email and I try to be helpful whenever I can. Unfortutanely, most of the responses thus far have been from very small or start up-ish type companies and Prestige only provide services to established ongoing companies or sponsors who are looking to acquire established businesses. (i.e., US Based companies that typically have revenues in well in excess of $5 million and ebitda/cash flow $1 million. international companies need to be larger in size.). Prestige seeks debt and equity opportunities ranging from $2 million to $75 million+.

Not sure if I repsonded back to you but we are not doing any residential real estate financings in Miami, FL at this time. Many of my real estate funds are putting capital to work in distressed commercial/cash flowing real estate assets nationwide. Let me know if you run across any of those opportunities.

Unfortunately, $250,000 is too small for us. We are looking for debt and equity financing opportunities in the $2 million to $75 million range.

Jamaica, WI is not an issue but it really depends on the nature of your business and what you are seeking. If you're a start up looking for a venture investor then I probably will not be able to help you. If you are established with Revenue that exceeds $10 million with EBITDA or Operating Income north of $1 million then perhaps there is somethingv we can discuss. Let me know what you are seeking.

I am looking for $100K towards debt financing and growth of a 2-year-old online business. We want to pay-off the personal credit debt used to kick-start the business and establish the inventory. And, we want to accelerate our growth by improving our online marketing presence (visibility, searchability, branding, etc.), product viability (breadth, depth, quality, etc.) and sales staff.
