I am in Utah--the business is in norhtern Utah. I have seen projected financials, but financials are mixed in with another company owned by the same owner. I have proof of contracts for what is currently being done. I can be sontacted via e-mail or on my cell phone at 435-668-0108.

I have the opportunity to purchase an existing growing landscape company. The asking price is 800,000 but owner is willing to finance 450,000. The business produces over 700,000 per year and it had a net profit over 300,000 in '08. I am looking for some money to come up with necessary 350,000 to purchase the company. I would appreciate any advice on where I can find a lender. The business will not qualify for SBA because it has only 200,000 in assets. I have perfect credit score of over 700.
Help me please!!!
