Each country has different entry requirements, even within the EU for example. Your client first needs to identify what their specific country is and then can easily identify the specific country and practice requirements.

Like any home based business, it would help to DEVELOP A BUSINESS AND MARKETING PLAN.
The business plan should answer most of your questions. As you work your way through the plan, you
will answer most of your questions and as you grow, the plan will help keep you on track.
You should have an Accountant and a Lawyer on retainer.
Moving a business outside the U S A requires a whole new plan.
Good luck, LUCKIEST

Hello there! If you are looking to work mostly online, you can keep working with a USA based company as long as you are still a citizen. If you are looking to do something like in home health care, you will need to research the laws and regulations in the country you are moving to.

Good luck!
I have a client (I am an attorney) that deals with international medical plans (both for Americans and for people in other countries) and is looking for agents to help. They do provide support and they do not charge anything to be a part of it.

Email me at mailto:mgoode@perrottalaw.com and I will forward you to them.
