Things not going so good for me as i'm unable to get a loan for start-up expenses to prepare for a larger loan from my brother.

Thanks for the quick response. I had actually posted some of the things we are doing (http://smallbusinessonlinecommunity.bankofamerica.com/thread/13137?tstart=0) to streamline and make the business more efficient. I was hoping others would be encouraged to write about their positive experiences as well so other business owners on the forum can learn from the experiences shared.
