PRC works directly with the funding source that
manages a Private Investor Fund that provides funding for Businesses
and Real Estate Investors. Who
are not a bank and do not base funding decisions on credit scores.
Is your personal credit good or bad?
how long have you been in business?

i hope someone will respond to your question soon, because I am looking to grow my business based on opportunity that will result in a number of new jobs. i dont have the answer for you, but the questions above is likely to be asked by someone who will give you good advice.

Just beware of individuals that claim to be investors. research them thouraly before commiting to their service. Also, browse through these posts if you have the time. it is likely this question has already been asked, and answered. This is a great community with valuable contributors, but there are scammers too.
I have a small government consulting and project management firm that is helping to re-engineer the business practices of a major federal agency. Thus far I have been a team of one and have been asked to hire in an additional 8-10 associates. Given the skill sets and the expected compensation packages that are required in N. Va., I do not have the necessary capital to pay the salaries, benefits and overhead to carry the additional personnel. I am told by a couple of local banks that SBA loans packages are taking many months to complete - up to four - due to the difficulty in finding investors. I need a line of credit (revolving?) and working capital - any advice on where to turn? I need to have something in place in 2-3 weeks.

Help!!

PS: I thought I posted this question earlier in the day but did not see it. Please forgive me if I am posting it twice.
