My husband and i started a commercial cleaning franchise almost one year ago now. OUr business is bringing in a decent income and we are olny working parttime. As our business grows, we would like to venture into buying real estate to rent and/or flip. We are looking to start small, under $100,000. What tpe of loan should we be looking for? We currently dont have 20-25% to put a down payment.
