Finding sales agent for my clothing label in USA and Europe

Hello Everyone,

I own a clothing label and I have launched it in Australian Fashion Week about 2 years ago. I am currently selling in that area as well as Asia and as of the moment, I want to expand and sell in the USA and Europe. Would any of you have recommendations on how to find the perfect agent for my label?

Thanks,
Pia
Re: Boutique merchandise. How to get brand names in your store

Hi. I own a clothing label which is being sold in Australia and South East Asia and I am planning to penetrate the Western market. The other comments are very right, you would have to attend to trade shows and register as a buyer OR contact agents (sales representatives) of the clothing lines that you are wanting to stock in your store. Most big labels are quite picky with the stores that they put their label in or have official distributors in a particular area. It might be wise to mix up and coming labels as well as reputable brands to have good variety and flexible pricepoints.

Hope this helps
Re: Advertising Business
Advertising is an important component of your marketing strategy,
along with direct marketing, PR, exhibitions and a website. The aim of
each of these is to promote your business and communicate the
information you want to send to your intended audience, usually with
the aim of increasing sales.

Until a customer deals with you directly and actually buys your
products or services, your advertising may help to form their first
impressions of your business. While advertising can attract new
customers, it can also turn potential customers away if it seems
amateurish compared with your competitors.

This guide gives advice on where and how to advertise. It also shows
you how to manage the process and ensure you get value for money.
You're probably
here because you want to find a way to make money
online. I don't recommend
getting started online trying to figure it all on your
own, for most people that's a formula for
failure. Great post
