      <description>It was a great article but you must take into consideration before you start how much timie you can spend at work and at home.  When the work gets to involved then you must start to put others in place .  Give them the jobs they do best.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Now if the work becomes more and the financial part is more demanding...Then you will have to take a second look and become a problem solver befor it gets to late.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I just wish every body knew what I know now after the many years of working very hard all of my life.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

      <description>I believe this article gives great insight for the new and old small business owner/ or who is looking to start a business. If i actually knew some of the information in this article when i started i wonder if i would have changed my mind or kept on going. Things are tough and it does become your second layer of skin, and you can't get away from it, but in order for you not to go back and work for someone else, punch a time clock and someone else have control over what you make you have to do it, Stick it out, network, talk, take a break once in awhile to regroup, most of all NETWORK NETWORK NETWORK...</description>
