      <description>Agreed!  For more along these lines, check out "The E-Myth" by Gerber.  The idea in a nutshell is that there are so many other aspects to running a business beyond having the core skill-- baking cakes, fixing sinks, making websites, or whatever you offer.  Take care of those items, since being really good at your service is not enough.&lt;br /&gt;
