This is very important information that I will start using. I have branch out a little this year with my vendors. I tend to use the same printing company over and over and the quality remains the same. I need to make sure my clients do not get bored with my product.

Giving your suppliers 90 day revenues is a great idea. It is a core business relationship and needs to be constantly evaluated. This article makes a lot of good points and the focus on finding the right supplier relationships, evaluating them properly over time and getting the most out of the relationship could mean the difference between success and failure. This article was very helpful.

This article is so true. I review every service provider annually to make sure I am getting the best price and the best service. Clearly most small business owners don't do that enough.
